Active Ingredients: nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+)

Common side effects include:

• dryness, itching, or mild burning sensation in the nasal passages
• sneezing
• nausea, bloating, or mild abdominal discomfort
• flushing
• headache or fatigue

Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away.

Rare, but serious side effects:

• symptoms of an allergic reaction: swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat, severe rash or itching, very rapid heartbeat, problems breathing or swallowing
• cardiovascular symptoms: rapid heart rate, palpitations, or chest pain
• neurological symptoms: confusion, severe dizziness, or fainting
• persistent pain, bleeding, or swelling in the nasal passages

If you experience any of these symptoms, stop taking the medication and call your doctor right away.

• heart conditions like arrhythmias or heart disease
• kidney or liver disease
• diabetes or blood sugar disorders
• neurological conditions such as migraines or epilepsy
• are pregnant or breastfeeding

Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal and dietary supplements. Especially tell your provider if you take any of the following:

• blood thinners such as warfarin
• heart medications: beta-blockers or antiarrhythmics
• diabetic medications such as insulin or oral antidiabetics
• corticosteroids or immunosuppressants
• supplements: antioxidants (e.g., vitamin C, glutathione) or other energy-boosting products (like CoQ10)
