Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and herbal/dietary supplements. Especially tell your provider if you take: • Nitrates or nitric oxide donors • Guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g., riociguat) • Alpha-blockers (e.g., Hytrin, Flomax, Cardura, Minipress, Uroxatral, Jalyn, Rapaflo) • HIV protease inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, indinavir, saquinavir, atazanavir) • Certain oral antifungal medicines or antibiotics • Other medications for erectile dysfunction

Compounded Tadalafil must not be used with REVATIO® or other PAH treatments containing PDE5 inhibitors.
